2018 C Austin Rotroff of Wauseon High School has been racking up the offers lately, adding Kent State, Air Force, and Miami (OH) recently to a list that already includes Toledo, Bowling Green, and Ball State among others. Expect more programs, perhaps at even higher levels, to become involved as we get deeper into the spring and summer.
